2001年4月11日，在青岛，创世界名牌的海尔集团与具有百年历史、享有“空调之父”美誉的美国开利公司，在冷链产品项目上正式合资运营。一个国际化的专业冷链产品企业——青岛海尔开利冷冻设备有限公司诞生了！
海尔与开利的强强联合，基于开利在全球制冷领域的实力，和海尔集团自身具备的潜在价值，合资搭建了一个资源整合的平台，使得中国工商业客户通过这个平台既能得到世界领先的开利冷冻冷藏设备，又能享受到海尔的星级服务。
目前，海尔开利的产品共有26大门类、200多个基本型号，可以充分满足食品加工厂、屠宰加工厂、罐头加工厂、物流企业、超级市场、酒店、便利店、饮料销售商等各类客户对冷冻冷藏设备的需求。

On April11.2001 in Qingdao, a joint venture company—Qingdao Haier-Carrier Refrigeration Co.,Ltd. was set up. The parent companies are Qingdao Haier Group and American Carrier Company.
Carrier has a 100 year history and is known as “The Father of air-conditioning”, It is also the largest HAVC and Refrigeration company in the world. Haier group is the largest electrical appliance company in China. It plans to be listed in top 500 companies around the world.
The joint venture was forged with Carrier’s refrigeration expertise and Haier’s distribution, customer service strengths. The joint venture shows it’s strength ever since it’s birth. We offer Chinese industrial and commercial customers the opportunity to benefit from Carrier’s technical superiority and Haier’Star Service.
Our company has 26 product categories and more than 200 elementary product specifications to meet various needs from packinghouse,cannery,logistics company,hypermarket,hotel,c-store and beverage retailer.
We have completed numerous refrigeration projects with Guangxi fufeng chunjiang foodstuff company,Hunan hongxing Group,Bejing Yuegezhuang wholsale market,Taiwan Darong (shanghai) logistics centre, KENTUKY (China) logistics centre, Wal-Mart,Carrefour, etc.
