Title: Technical Services Engineer

Location: Guangzhou

1. Involve in field commissioning (rack, condenser and evaporator) when and where required by customers/distributors/contactors.

2. Involve in field refrigeration system mechanical and electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting.

3. Provide field operation training for endusers.

4. Liaise with component suppliers and endusers/distributors/contractors for failed parts repair, transportation and replacement.

5. Feedback jobsite failures to assist factory to improve the quality of related manufacturing defects.

6. Provide on-time service parts delivery and installation instructions.

7. Analyze failure reports from job site to deal with the warranty issues.

8. Item based Warranty loss recording and spare part order processing.

9. Assist product development division to develop products that meets market needs.

1. College graduated or equivalent major in mechanical and electrical engineering

2. 10 years experience and at least 5 years on site services and installation for refrigeration system.

3. Rich hands on site experiences and strong trouble shooting and diagnosis capabilities.

4. familiar with PC knowledge. Word/excel/powerpoint and email system.

5. Adapt to frequently nationwide travel.
