电气工程师-BLDC   

岗位职责:

1. 降低OptiSpeed VSD/SSS产品成本(VAVE, CR)和持续改进设计;

2. 参与BLDCM的引进和验证工作;进行研发UPG项目中BLDCM控制器,编写并规范开发资料;

3. 编制VSD/BLDCM控制器及其关键零部件的可*性试验计划,并组织实施;

4. 对于BLDCM驱动板进行预研设计工作;

5.协助采购部门寻找合适的供应商并为之提供必要的技术支持;协助质量部/售后服务部分析典型的VSD/SSS/BLDCM控制器的质量问题;

6.搞好与各支持部门及供应商的沟通与合作,协助电气零件助理经理处理VSD/SSS/BLDCM控制器的技术及质量问题;

7. 执行公司的EHS管理制度;对功能块的危险源进行辨识和环境因素的识别、评价和更新,并负责监督目标和管理方案的有效实施;

8. 遵守与本功能块职能相关的质量要求。

任职条件:

1. 机电、自动化或电子、电气专业本科或以上学历。

2. 2年以上工作经验,VSD/BLDC控制器的研发经验。

3. 熟悉空调系统、VSD/SSS的工作原理;精通电力电子技术,精通SCR, IGBT的使用特性和关键质量特征;熟悉专业英语;

4. 具有良好的服务意识,优良的沟通能力和处理人际关系的能力。



 

Product Manager – Refrigeration    Location: Shanghai

Focus in Industrial Refrigeration and F&B Refrigeration Market and Products

供应商质量管理工程师SQE 

岗位职责:

1.根据供方的特点编制年度供方质量管理方案和工作计划;

2.按照工作计划实施及时、有效的供方质量管理工作;

3.有效应用六西格玛的知识对供方实施不断改善工作;

4.建立供方质量管理台帐,跟踪并落实供方的产品质量和现场问题的纠正预防措施;

5.汇总质量信息,及时向供方反馈质量信息,并协助SQE提高进货质量;

6.协助进货检验落实第三方抽检工作;

7.协助相关部门做好国产化工作中的质量管理工作;

8.协助完成对供方进行的业绩评估工作。

岗位要求:

1.机械或电气专业本科以上学历;

2.具有供应商管理工作经验;

3.具有六西格玛方面的知识和经验,或者获得注册质量工程师资质;

4.良好的发现问题和处理问题的能力,英语交流及沟通能力能满足日常工作需要;

5.对ISO9001质量管理体系的知识及应用熟悉;


 

压力容器制造工程师  

岗位职责:

1. 负责空调、冷冻产品压力容器图纸工艺性审查、制造工艺和质量流转卡的编制、审核;

2. 负责公司压力容器制造过程现场问题处理、工艺指导、工艺培训与考核;

3. 负责操作作业指导书、通用工艺规程等文件编制、审核。

4. 负责容器制造过程中工装、模具的设计以及工艺过程的优化。

岗位要求:

1. 化工机械或机械制造大专或以上学历;

2. 熟悉压力容器常用材料标准和法规要求,精通压力容器产品制造工艺、作业流程;

3. 3年以上压力容器或锅炉制造经验;

4. 能熟练使用CAD软件,良好的英语阅读理解能力;

5. 良好的协调、沟通能力和良好的服务意识。


 

 Program Manager – Compressor

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Process and Operations

⑴ Work with technical project manager, engineering development lead, manufacturing management and business units to devise and implement delivery strategies for compressor;

⑵ Provide leadership in compressor business development and change management methodologies.

⑶ Coordinate with and serve multiple business units.

⑷ Establish and uphold strict quality criteria for deliverables.

⑸ Communicate and ensure compliance with standard compressors development practices, processes and enterprise standards.

⑹ Monitor compressor development performance metrics; address identified development deficiencies.

⑺ Extensive experience with compressor development through customer’s engagements.

⑻ Ability to contribute to customer’s business evolution indirectly through influence.

⑼ Ability to tactfully drive customers to make decisions and meet commitments. 

⑽ Experience assisting customers in balancing and prioritizing conflicting requirements.

⑾ Contribute to strategic decisions about the organization, investment tradeoffs, and solutions to business issues at the management team level.

⑿ Develop long-term development forecasts and plans.

2. Resource Management

⑴ Manage team activities across internal and external customers, product management, project management and engineering development.

⑵ Identify, hire or contract resource/skills needed within.

⑶ Responsible for staff performance management and training.

B.  REQUIREMENT PROFILE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in fluid machine, compressor, refrigeration, Advanced degree preferred.

2. Minimum 10 years experience in managing compressor products development, manufacturing and quality control – with experience in compressor project management, business process management.

3. Outstanding communication, organization, time management, interpersonal and management skills.

4. Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills.

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills

6. Proven change agent who can improve and grow the capability of an organization; keen eye for hiring and motivating teams

7. Experience managing staff comprised of direct and cross functional employees, customers and contractors.

8. Experience with licensing and regulatory businesses and systems desirable.

职责概述:

1. 积极寻找具有稳定供货质量和有竞争力价格的电器类合格供方,同时同工厂供应链工程师一起对现有电器类供方进行评估和管理;

2. 积极配合AEC在新产品开发或现有产品的改进方面对有关电器供方的寻找,选择和成本分析的工作;

职责范围:

1. 与AEC电气工程师和相关部门合作,为设计、开发适应市场的新产品提供技术和商务支持;

2. 能与各部门协调,发现和解决电器供方产品质量问题;

3. 协助电气零部件国产化工作;

4. 与AEC电气工程师和相关部门合作,能及时或预先寻找合格的电气供方为JCI服务;

5. 负责完成SCM 经理或总监临时交办的任务;

任职条件:

1. 本科, 电气技术或工业自动化相关专业毕业;

2. 至少有三年以上嵌入式系统开发工作经验或科研经历;

3. 熟悉机电产品和零部件的技术知识和应用;

4. 具有较强的发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力;具备良好的书面沟通和口头表达的能力以及充分利用各种资源的才能。熟悉计算机运用;熟悉计算机辅助设计和辅助管理;

5. 能够用英语进行读、写工作,具有一定的英语听、说能力。

6. 有良好的团队合作精神。


 

供应链工程师-电气

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Source potential suppliers by working with cross-functional team.

2. Build up the qualified supplier pool followed the requirement and strategy of company. 

3. Establish material or components cost benchmark, try to find and execute the cost reduction opportunity.

4. Procurement contract and Terms&Conditions negotiation with supplier.

5. Keep and track the performance of suppliers with quality, delivery, cost, service as well as complaints.

6. Implement Supplier Due Diligence.

7. Lead supplier evaluation annually and instruct supplier improvement actions.

8. Support new products development;

9. Involve in corporate LCC purchasing.

REQUIREMENT PROFILE:

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering;

2. Knowledge of electrical components and related supplier market are must;

3. Has 3 years sourcing experience at minimum;

4. Has working experience as an engineer in similar field is perfect.

5. Good understanding and strong commercial negotiation skills with terms, pricing, contracts etc.

6. With integrity, positive attitude and responsibility.

7. Fluent in English speaking and skilful at office software plus ERP(SAP) experience.

8. Good communication skill as a team member.
